How to place an order?

To make an order, choose your preferred watch and click on the “Add to Cart” button. Review your order details such as the quantity and price before proceeding to the next step. Any coupons or promo codes may be added but the discounted amount will only be displayed on the checkout page.

I can’t proceed with my order. What should I do?

It is common to encounter errors while placing an order. An incorrect credit card’s billing information or insufficient card balance can cause an error, so it is recommended to check if the address on your order and the credit card used are the same or call your bank for assistance.

Also, always double check your card’s security code to avoid an error. For Visa, MasterCard, and Discover, it is the three digits security code located at the back of the card while for American Express, it is the four digits code at the front of the card.

Avoid placing multiple unsuccessful orders as this may result in multiple credit and debit card authorizations. Your pending authorizations must be removed from your account within 3-5 business days or upon your bank’s approval.

What are your payment methods?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), and PayPal.

What is your shipping policy?

Final orders are shipped within Monday to Friday excluding holidays. The shipping dates of orders are dependent upon your credit card verification. That’s why we add 1-2 business days in your order before shipping. This is to make sure that there is enough time to process your order. All deliveries are scheduled from Monday – Friday as well, except for holidays.

Can I track my order?

Yes. A tracking number will be sent to your email within 1-2 business days. You can contact our customer support as well if you don’t receive anything on the said timeframe.

Can I cancel or change an order?

All cancellations and/or change of orders need a final review in accordance with our guidelines. If there is an acceptable reason, the changes or cancellation will be processed immediately. You can also seek help from our customer service to process your request.

What is your return and/or exchange policy?

The items can be returned or exchanged only once for any reasons within thirty days (30) after the order is received. The item must be in the same condition upon delivery with its original packaging and tags still intact.

Kindly contact our customer service if you wish to exchange or return an item. Please provide your order number and the reason for returning to the agent to process your request. Failure to contact our support team will just cause delays and may be a reason to forfeit your chance of returning or exchanging the item.
